Description
As a Logistics Coordinator at Expedite GS, you'll be the operational backbone of our freight movements. You'll coordinate shipments end-to-end, communicate with carriers and customers, and ensure every load is tracked and delivered on time. This role suits someone organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about keeping the supply chain moving.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate pickup, transit, and delivery for assigned freight accounts
- Communicate proactively with shippers and carriers on shipment status
- Resolve exceptions, delays, and carrier issues in real time
- Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the TMS
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues when needed

Requirements
- 1+ years in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations
- Experience with TMS systems and shipment tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple shipments simultaneously
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
